I hope you have had a lovely weekend with your children. Hasn't the weather been odd!
With weather in mind- if the sunshine does decides to come out and stay out next week, can all children please have their own sunhat and sun cream in school. Children must be able to apply the sun cream themselves.
I would like to offer my sincere gratitude for all of your support and co-operation during the many changes over the past few weeks regarding the provision of Early Years. We couldn't have asked for the children to settle back into school life any better.
I am so pleased we have most of Team GB back together before the summer holidays. We will be welcoming our key worker children back into our class bubbles this week too. Our class bubbles will continue to learn within allocated
spaces but we are now in the same environment. As my dojo update mentioned, this week both bubbles are sharing the EYFS environment. I am looking forward to observing the waves, smiles and conversations between our bubbles across our outdoor area this week.
Please collect your children from the following points:
Miss Roberts bubble - collect from the outdoor area gate closest to the playground.
Mrs Robinson's bubble - collect from gate closest to the bike area (sam eas last week).
Well done to Riley Lyon for receiving our REACH certificate on Friday. I have watched Riley's confidence grow this week. He arrived on Monday a little unsure but soon flourished being back in the classroom again. He is contributing well during whole class teaching and having a good go at being an independent learner. I have been particularly impressed with his storytelling skills. He has some fantastic ideas to create a new story. He has also showed confidence in learning our two new phonics sounds. Well done, Riley. You are a super member of our class bubble.
This week we are exploring a new place in our topic- Seaside & Underwater. Our planning and resources will continue to be uploaded as previous week's for home learning. Please be aware that there will no longer be teaching videos as we are back full time with the majority of the class.
We look forward to welcoming children back into school on Monday morning.
Kindest Regards,
Mrs Robinson
