Last we found out about the acronym MRS GREN and what this stands for. If you've forgotten, research it and then plant seeds in different conditions to see which will grow the quickest and the healthiest:
Seed pot 1 - given sunlight, warmth, water, nutrient rich soil and room to grow (appropriate pot size).
Seed pot 2 - all that pot 1 has but put in a dark place (no light given).
Seed pot 3 - all that pot 1 has but watered (no water given).
Seed pot 4 - all that pot 1 has but put in a the fridge (no warmth given).
Seed pot 5 - all that pot 1 has but grown in e.g. cottom wool (no soil/nutrients given).
Seed pot 6 - all that pot 1 has but put in a tiny pot or even egg box section (no room given).
