First, watch the video with your child. I Know My Number Bonds 10 | Number Bonds to 10 | Addition Song for Kids | Jack Hartmann - YouTube
Use the powerpoint to go through the different representations of number bonds to 10 (tens frames, fingers, rainbows, bars, part whole model etc) ask your child to go through each example and say how many more they would need to make 10. They could even write down the number sentences in their home learning book.
Your child could also watch the what makes 10 video below to continue to familiarise themselves with number bonds to 10.
Write about something that you did over the weekend. It could be about anything at all. A walk that you went on, a cosy day in, a game you played, a yummy meal you made and ate, baking etc.
Remember your basic writing skills - capital letters, full stops, finger spaces, writing on the line, phonics knowledge and form your letters correctly!
